The Journey to Secure
Why understanding your attachment style is not enough β and what actually creates lasting change.
You know your attachment style. You've read the books. So why do the same patterns still take over β in the moments that matter?
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19 Β· 19:00β21:00 CEST
At the end, we'll share about our programs and community β but this workshop is complete and valuable whether you continue with us or not.
This is for you if...
- You've tried therapy, read the books β and still feel stuck
- You feel ready for a fundamental shift in how you create relationships
- You're longing to get past the push-pull dynamic, or the walls that go up when someone gets close
- You feel anxious when people pull away β or suffocated when they get too close
- Your relational patterns show up in your parenting, your work, your spiritual life
What You'll Discover
01
The fundamental blueprint
Discover how anxious, avoidant, and disorganized patterns show up across love, sexuality, friendship, parenting, and spirituality — the same relational blueprint, playing out in different rooms of your life.
And the three things attachment repair always requires (hint: it's not knowledge, it's not willpower, and it's not doing it alone).
02
Why insight isn't enough
Why do you keep ending up in the same place β pulled toward people who can't quite meet you, or pulling away the moment someone gets close? It's not bad luck. It's three loops running quietly in the background: what you're drawn to, the story you tell yourself about what just happened, and the very strategies you use to protect yourself β which end up creating the outcome you feared.
03
The practice of secure relating
Being able to say what you actually feel. Staying present when things get hard, instead of shutting down or flooding. Repairing after a rupture instead of avoiding it. These are the real, practicable skills behind secure relating β and you'll leave with a concrete way to start practicing at least one of them this week.
What people say after doing this work
“I am really floored by how much this program did for me — finding my center and addressing the core issues that kept me in a state of anxiety in relationship.”
— Jorn Vetter, Wilderness Guide
“Apart from the solid content, all the sharing practices revealed and rewired my inner landscapes. I think, feel, behave, and relate differently now.”
— Henk Petter, Psychologist
βLearning about attachment and authenticity has been eye-opening. Having a Secure Base β it felt like finally being able to breathe!β

Hi, I'm Martin
For 25 years — as both a clinical psychologist and someone on my own healing path — I've witnessed two things again and again: we cannot avoid the deep impact our attachment patterns have on our lives, and we were not meant to figure this out on our own.
In therapy rooms, retreats, and countless conversations, I keep hearing the same realization: “This was the missing piece.”
That's why I created The Journey to Secure — bringing together the science of attachment psychology with the healing power of community. I hope you'll join us.
