01. You have tried to get to the core of your relational struggles, and still can't find the missing piece


If you are like many who find their way to us, you have already tried different therapeutic modalities, inner work, process work, and various ways of self-regulation in the somatic field.

While these practices hopefully have supported you, attachment patterns operate beneath conscious awareness and require specialized attention. Many approaches address symptoms rather than underlying attachment organization. Without direct focus, attachment wounds continue driving behavior in the background.

02. You know it's related to attachment but can't apply it to daily life and relationships


Emotional insights and rewired somatic integration require repetition and reinforcement to become permanent. Initial breakthroughs must be followed by consistent experiences that contradict old patterns. Momentary conscious insights don't automatically alter unconscious emotional learning systems.

03. Insight is not enough


Why It Fails: Cognitive insights without emotional experiences don't create lasting neural change.

The Problem: The attachment system operates primarily through implicit memory and emotional circuitry. Knowledge acquisition activates different brain regions than those governing attachment behavior. Intellectual understanding can actually create the illusion of change while patterns persist.

Attachment awareness gives you the missing piece of the relational puzzle—understanding how your patterns show up in yourself and others. This requires sustained practice, but transforms every area of your life: romantic relationships, sexuality, friendship, parenting, and spirituality.




  Emotional Regulation 

Other-Regulation
In our early years, we needed caregivers to help us regulate our emotions and nervous system during distress and overwhelm.


Co-Regulation
Through repeated experiences of comfort with caring others, we learn to regulate together. This capacity for co-regulation is fundamentally human.


Self-Regulation
When we've had enough secure co-regulation experiences, we internalize this support and develop the capacity to be our own secure base. From this regulated state, we can respond rather than react to life's challenges.

 Secure Relating 

Living from an inner state of secure relating - a learnable state of mind - will increasingly unlock your capacity for real intimacy, authenticity, and interdependence.

Through practicing secure relating skills, you develop the ability to hold your own emotional center while staying connected - caring for both your needs and others' needs through co-regulation rather than trying to manage relationships alone. You feel confident navigating the inevitable ruptures and repairs that deepen authentic connection with the people you care about.

Attachment repair is a deeply relational process, not a solo journey.

If I could distill the last 25 years of experience with personal healing and professional training, I would put it like this:

1. We cannot avoid the deep impact attachment patterns have in our lives AND,
2. We are not supposed to do this work alone.

There are two foundational we want to bring into balance when it comes to inner work, especially around attachment work.

Those two perspectives could be summarized as "the Science of Secure Relating and the Wisdom of Groups".

Attachment: The Science of Attachment Psychology & Secure Relating

This stems from committed clinicians and researchers in the field of child and adult development. As clinical psychologists, therapists, and researchers with extensive training and knowledge from the last 80 years of attachment-related therapeutic interventions, we believe this scientific foundation brings balance to our endeavor as we incorporate and build our programs based on this body of deep relationship knowledge.

Community: The Wisdom of Lived Experience 

This comes from the "lived experience expertise" of having taken the attachment healing journey ourselves and sharing it with each other. This is especially true when it comes to the experiences of attunement, witnessing, understanding, and ultimately... love. In our programs and community memberships we are constantly harnessing and sharing attachment insights and healing within our community. In this way we stay connected to what actually works.

INTRODUCING

The Secure Attachment Experience

The program is a live and experiential online experience. and runs over 12 weeks between Oct 15th—Jan 15th, every Wednesday at 5.30-7.30 PM (CET) and Sunday at 10.30-12 AM (CET). This gives you time to integrate the state-of-the-art exercises and applied science that the program rests on. The live format enables you to interact in real-time with our psychologists and therapists,  and most of all, with other fellow travelers on the journey. 

The sessions include a powerful blend of grounding practices, attachment psychology, sharing, somatic integration, and Q&A’s. In between the sessions, you’ll be provided with exercises and reflections carefully chosen to deepen your practice. All sessions are recorded and you are welcome to join from anywhere in the world. 

Attachment work is the most profound and integrative way to heal and create healthy relationships. The missing key in psychological healing is often the process of moving from an insecure to a secure state of being. The 12-week program will equip you with the tools and practices to empower you on the journey toward secure attachment.

Most of all, you will be learning and healing experientially, while doing the work together with others, committed to relational healing.

We meet for two weekly experiential live sessions on Zoom with attachment-based facilitation that promotes connection, emotional awareness and somatic presence to create "corrective emotional experiences"—the heart of your transformation.

Attachment Awareness

Learn to catch those moments when your attachment system goes online—when old needs for validation and comfort get triggered in close relationships. Develop the foundational skill of recognizing fight, flight, or freeze responses before they take over. We explore how to pause and respond rather than react, breaking free from "insecure dance" patterns.

MODULE 5

Self-regulation

Explore how childhood coping strategies evolved into your current emotional patterns and discover the 5 steps of emotion regulation. Develop strategies to overcome emotional avoidance and practice attachment-based somatic approaches. We explore emotional core regulation as the key component connecting all areas of self-regulation.

MODULE 6

Being the Secure Base

Learn to soften reactivity and move away from blaming ourselves or others, by practicing secure behaviors in close relationships. Discover the 3 pillars of being a Secure Base and develop skills for rupture-repair cycles. We explore how to integrate emotional self-regulation with cognitive work and physical relaxation for lasting relational security.

MODULE 7

Deep Self-Awareness & The Core State

Immerse yourself deeply in your personal attachment patterns through an "inside-out" exploration of childhood needs and relational styles. Safely process difficult emotions like grief, anger, and shame that emerge from past experiences. We explore how to access your Core State—allowing your authentic, coherent Self to emerge.

MODULE 8

Interpersonal Awareness

Deepen your understanding of how you affect others and they affect you through the lens of attachment security. Develop the ability to reflect on internal mental states—both your own and others'—across different phases of connection and conflict. We explore reflective functioning and build "mindful-of-needs" communication skills.

MODULE 9

Building Secure Relationships

Learn to build deeper intimacy and autonomy by authentically expressing your needs and boundaries in relationships. Discover how vulnerable sharing opens communication pathways and creates honest connections. We explore how to find clear "yes" or "no" responses and practice co-regulation from a secure place.

MODULE 10

Attachment & Life

Explore how your attachment patterns influence intimate relationships, parenting, friendships, and spiritual connections. Choose personal areas of interest to dive deeper into and learn to integrate security across all relationships. We explore how to expand secure relating into every area of life with hope and confidence.

MODULE 11 & 12

Integrating and looking forward

Reflect and review your attachment journey, harvesting learnings and recognizing progress toward inner security. Celebrate new acts of trust while holding space to grieve acknowledged losses. We explore deeper questions around attachment change and solidify your steps toward secure attachment.
