A 1-year follow up. 

This 3-hour online session is designed to support you in reconnecting with your secure attachment work, reflecting on your progress, and deepening the integration of everything you’ve learned.
Here’s what to expect:

• Guided attachment practices to revisit and strengthen your secure base.
• Reflective dialogue to explore how far you’ve come and where you’re heading.
• Integration practices that bring your personal and relational growth into sharper focus.
• Space for open sharing and connection with fellow members from the group.
• Facilitated by our expert team of psychologists and therapists.
